everybody knows about the slicing up eyeballs part, but un chien andalou is hilarious. since i’ve seen a couple bunuel films, i should have guessed as much. and l’age d’or is even funnier.
the guy in that movie hates living things. i mean he goes clear out of his way to kill a beetle. and his girlfriend is even cooler.

I heard that l’age d’or is totally crazy and that Bunuel is giving Christianity a big “fuck you”…is that even true? The only Bunuel I’ve seen is Nazarin and Los Olvidados and part of un chien andalou. I really want to see the one that starts with a V about the woman who lets poor people into her house and they go crazy…why can I remember the name of that…
